This company was so responsive when I called just before closing with an urgent problem with my air conditioner. A technician immediately came out and took the time to not only resolve our issue but to answer all of my questions as well. He was professional and did a great job. Air conditioner stopped working during the night. Called DTC first thing in the morning and requested service. We were told a technician would be out within a 2 hour time window. The technician actually arrived within one hour. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. We have a service agreement with DTC but their response to our problem was excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

DTC went above and beyond to repair my air handler leak recently.I highly recommend them.Technicians took time to explain to me what they were doing and why. Charges were fair. Office personnel were helpful and patient. 5 stars easy!
