Rowdy, I just wanted you to know that the effort expended by Henry and others at the 2912 Heathmount install of the Carrier Infinity System yesterday was greatly appreciated. Gary’s inputs and followup were appreciated also. Carol and I are expecting out of town company for a family celebration in two weeks. Our fear was that the AC would act up. I want to thank you and your servicemen at DTC for the recent repair to our a/c. The unit now cools as it is suppose to. With our unseasonable Spring, ups and downs in temperature, our a/c apparently has not been working properly for some time. I want to commend your serviceman for his initial service visit when he ran numerous tests on the unit and found our problem and you ordered it. I want to commend the servicemen on a later visit when the part was installed. They were courteous, friendly, very respectful of our home and really did a good job of leaving the area as good if not better than before. Many thanks,

Just want to give a big shout out to the guys who did our install yesterday. Henry and Junior and Gary are the best! From explaining the estimate a few weeks ago to showing up when expected. I could tell they are thorough and take their work seriously!
