We had a new system installed in 2018 with DTC. We do have regular checkup service with them. Last night, right after bedtime we noticed the house appeared to be getting warmer. Here it is Sunday, we called at 8:00 a.m. and by 9:30 we were back in business feeling cool air again, and that included travel time. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their service. They have always been available and prompt. Today Michael Johns came out for the repair, and I have to say he was one of the most courteous and friendly gentlemen we have had out to our home for any kind of repair. He is truly an asset to this company. Overall, we have never had a negative experience and air conditioning repairs can produce much anxiety. If only we could call you for all repair needs that come up.
