Very responsive came out the same day I called others company’s would not answer the phone or return calls Kevin was great had the problem figured out in minutes very courteous listened to me rant about the crapy service that we received from other companies DTC will be my choice in the future I highly recommend them call them first you want regret it

The though leadership has been outstanding and each time DTC delivered the solution on time, on budget and with minimal stress. Look forward to using them in the near future. A/C stopped cooling around 6pm Saturday and still 100 degrees outside. Richard was great, he responded quickly to my after hours call. He was professional and highly skilled, he already suspected the cause. He even obtained the needed part the same evening to complete the fix asap. This was truly an emergency as I would have had to mobilize my 93 yr old mom and get her to a hotel. Thank you Richard and DTC, of 3 companies called, you were the only one that responded. Excellent job!

I want to thank you and your servicemen at DTC for the recent repair to our A/C. The unit now cools as it is suppose to. Our A/C apparently has not been working properly for some time. I want to commend your serviceman for his initial service visit when he ran numerous tests on the unit and found our problem. Provided a couple of different choices for the repair. They were able to make the repair the very next day. They were courteous, friendly, very respectful of our home and really did a good job of leaving the area clean. Thank you and the DTC Team
