DTC was a lifesaver! At 9:30 at night I discovered a puddle of water in my hallway with water dripping from the air return in the ceiling. I called the company hoping to get a call back Saturday morning. DTC technician Richard, Called me back 15 minutes later. I was instructed to turn the unit off and he was at my home the next morning and fix the problem.
I have had this company for five years, and I’ve always had outstanding customer service.

Gary flushed out my unit then got them reset the thermostat so the air conditioner turned on. Then he connected the thermostat to my phone. Did a great job
