Michael and Richard came out quickly today when my heater wasn't working. They discovered that a mouse had eaten through the Wire and then made holes in my insulation. They fixed it quickly and I have already called the pest control on their advice. I was so glad to talk to a real person on the phone when I called in. Thank you very much
